Each E-document is a PDF Get Adobe Reader file which opens in a new browser window. Internet browsers with activated pop-up blockers may block the window from opening. In order to view your E-Docs, while keeping the pop-up blocker turned on, add these urls to the list of allowed sites:

Each time a trade confirmation or other E-Document is generated, an automatic email is sent. These emails indicate the sender to be Trading Direct (info@tradingdirect.com), but actually originate from a specially designated server at our clearing agent, Penson Financial Services, and not from the tradingdirect.com server. Some ISPs or email software filters may see that the indicated email sender and server domain do not match, and may consider this email as spam, and block it. Please adjust your spam filter settings appropriately.
In order to continue to receive E-Docs, notification by email is required. If your email address becomes invalid, and e-mails are undeliverable, you will be unenrolled from the E-Docs Service. In order to receive E-Document emails from Trading Direct, while still blocking other undesirable junk, you must allow emails from the following domains or email addresses:
